01

What is DECOTA?

DECOTA is a B2B software platform for companies that handle complex customer inquiries, tenders, specifications, and bills of quantities. The platform extracts and structures requirements, checks them against internal guidelines and standards, and matches them with products, services, and existing company knowledge.

DECOTA combines a persistent, structured data foundation with multi-agent orchestration. Specialized AI agents support requirements analysis, bid/no-bid, deal-breaker detection, consistency checks, compliance checks, portfolio matching, and summaries, among other tasks. Assessments and decisions remain linked to requirements, sources, guidelines, and products and can be traced and reused later.

DECOTA consists of three modules on one shared data foundation

Requirements module
Capture, structure, validate, and reuse requirements
Compliance module
Check requirements against guidelines, directives, and standards and document deviations traceably
Portfolio module
Match requirements with products, variants, services, and product features and identify coverage and gaps

DECOTA differs from generic AI assistants through its persistent data model, the traceability of requirements and decisions, and the orchestration of specialized agents along a structured process.

02

Who is DECOTA for?

DECOTA is designed for companies that regularly handle complex technical or formal customer inquiries, tenders, specifications, or bills of quantities and need to bring together information from sales, engineering, product management, and compliance.

Typical users are technical sales, bid and proposal teams, engineering, product management, quality management, and compliance. DECOTA is particularly relevant where many requirements must be checked, aligned internally, matched with products or services, and reused for future inquiries.

Is DECOTA suitable for project business? Yes. DECOTA is built for companies that deliver customer-specific projects and therefore have to assess specifications, tenders, and complex customer inquiries, for example in mechanical and plant engineering, automotive supply, or construction and infrastructure. Technical project requirements are captured with their source, checked against guidelines, and matched with products, variants, and earlier projects. The technical decision stays with your team.

03

What problem does DECOTA solve?

Customer requirements are often spread across specifications, technical documents, attachments, and contract documents. Product knowledge sits in data sheets, systems, and with individual experts, while internal and external guidelines must be taken into account. DECOTA brings this information together in a structured way. This makes it traceable which requirements are met, where risks or gaps exist, and which points must be clarified before a decision.

Use cases

05

What sets DECOTA apart?

Copilot, ChatGPT, and RFP tools can support analysis, research, and drafting answers. DECOTA is designed as a business application for the structured handling of complex requirements and combines a persistent data foundation with multi-agent orchestration.

Specialized agents support tasks such as analysis, review, matching, and summarization. Requirements, sources, assessments, guidelines, products, and decisions remain linked and can be traced and reused beyond individual inquiries.

DECOTA is not tied to a single AI or model provider. The data model, workflows, and business logic remain usable independently of the LLM in use.
